Cereal Box

This big world is spinning round
Your life gets flipped
turned upside down
The sceneries the same
But everything has changed
A grain of sand is not all we have
Streets and work, and rushing cabs
You keep reaching for that splendor
And you hope it lasts forever
Don’t fool yourself with grand illusions
They will bring you mass confusion
There is no ever after
Living in disaster
So Prince charming got you lost?
Quit searching in that cereal box
You can fill those empty holes
Build up all the shapes and molds
Just put yourself in your own hands
For it’s you, you need to understand
The tiny rock you build upon
Will grow sturdy steady big and strong
Because unless you have found your own path
Nothing else is going to last
